Wurlitzer produced 5 counter models between 1937 and 1942. These amazing little devices
are two foot cubes and are complete jukeboxes! They play all 12 records, accept coins,
have amps and speakers and are very beautiful and valuable.
It is almost impossible
to design a more elaborate container of this size, colored plastics, chrome grill,
piano keys, perfectly finished wood cabinet and visible mechanism.
During the Second World War Wurlitzer stopped the production, with the result only 913 of this model were produced. Therefore this jukebox with beautifully marbled plastics is a top model! High-level collectors item.
